From cool stuff express (dot com) you can buy your beloved a giant plush version of nearly any germ...flu, flesh eating bacteria, gono....ahem. I think it's pretty awesome, I'm looking into getting pneumonia one for my uncle, who seems to have it two or three times a year. Dirty santa indeed.
