Happy Birthday Emily!

Three months to three years...

Eleven years ago, I gave birth to my sweet angel Emily. I was miserable on Christmas day, huge and ready to go. She was born late late at night, with the lights turned down low, and brother and sister asleep on the floor of the hospital room. The nurses were so loving and generous with their time with Josh and Bre, since we didn't have family or friends who would watch them. Emily didn't cry at birth, the cord was wrapped around her neck so tightly that it burst the capillaries in her face, and she was a red baby to match her red Christmas sleeper. Oh so sweet though, she remained a sweet baby, through toddlerhood and each and every day. She loves to cook for the family, and make crafts to cheer up friends and neighbors. She's so nurturing with younger children, and saucy sarcastic with her friends. Love her so much!
