Taking our samples home...

This is what we wound up with


Well, really it was this, the water we put into reused deli meat containers


And found all sorts of cool things swimming around


alas for no cool microscopes. sigh.

Really cool watching the little animals swim around in there while these sat in the kitchen window sill.

...and I had the honor of cleaning out the glasses and containers afterward. Quite smelly!
