Quilting night with the grandparents...

Not only do I not have the time or the talent...I don't have the cool thousand dollar sewing machine.
So my parents helped the girls finish their quilting projects for scouts...thank you!

Quilts for Kids (boys)

Same story as the girls. I did an upclose of Josh's just because I think this is so wonderfully put together! And I wanted people to see the yellow fabric has the meaning of being a boy scout...
and his name with the trefoil
Sam got a cub scout quilt...again, the wheels are amazing, and the embroidered scout is so cute!

And Dan's race car quilt. The fabric I love because while some of it was specifically purchased to be car themed, there are pieces from her stash that are so special to me! Plus, how cool are those flames?

Quilts for Kids (girls)

These are all from Granma Kat, it was their big (twin-sized anyway!) Christmas present...she embroidered and appliqued and then quilted these, after carefully finding the perfect theme and fabric. They are amazing!
Ava's
Rachel's
Emily's, with 12 hand-appliqued hearts of special fabric

And last but not least, Breanna. Her fabric was so cheerful and bright, my favorite part was the appliqued purple lace wheel that you can ALMOST see at the bottom
