Homemade Empanadas

With fresh apples, cinnamon and brown sugar, it was a
sweet treat

Made the crust also, to ensure safety for Breanna
(note the rice chex in the background...now guaranteed GLUTEN FREE!)

And for Dan, we used rice paper from Super Cao, they turned good as well, they didn't brown 
(obviously) or get a crust, but they were still tasty.
